Disclaimer: Though we can transfer most types of media, we may not always be able to transfer yours. There are many reasons why, including but not limited to: footage is not finalized, film may be in poor condition, or have been exposed to heat or water damage, and mold. We will do our best to successfully transfer your media, however, please understand it is not guaranteed. There will be no charge for media that cannot be transferred. As with all vintage media , older technologies must be used in the transfer process and these systems can sometimes fail without notice. We can not be held responsible for damaged, broken or scratched forms of media that may occur during conversion. While this is rare, it can happen, but we do our best to avoid it and stop failures before they ruin your footage. We will do our best to preserve your original media and give you a new digital copy of your memories.
